Pumpkin-Apple-Pecan Pie

Like I needed an excuse to eat an entire pie in one sitting.

Watching The Wire with subtitles is hilarious.

I thought living alone would be awesome, but it’s actually just sort of lonely. True, I am not wearing pants right now, but at what cost? It’s hard to motivate myself to cook especially when I have to immediately wash every dish, or else have to sleep next to a sink full of dirty pots & pans. I never get take-out, I’m mostly on a steady diet of Whole Foods sushi and Faye yogurt with raspberries.

Anyways, I made Smitten Kitchen’s asparagus, goat cheese, and lemon pasta for lunch today and it was as delicious as it was insanely easy. I have enough of every ingredient to make it again during the weekend!
